Controlling Stress

Learn to relax this is the key to beating stress.
Deep breathing exercises, Yoga, Meditation & Visualisation, Reiki.
Gentle exercise, walking in the fresh air.
Eat a healthy balanced diet, little and often, drink plenty of water.
Sufficient good quality sleep will help.
Give up some of your responsibilities.
