Controlling Stress
Learn to relax this is the key to beating stress. Deep breathing exercises, Yoga, Meditation & Visualisation, Reiki. Gentle exercise, walking in the fresh air. Eat a healthy balanced diet, little and often, drink plenty of water. Sufficient good quality sleep will help. Give up some of your responsibilities. Plan your day, so you are more organised. Try to change your routine. Learn to say NO. Self consideration. Keep a daily record of your emotions, feelings and any physical symptoms.
